THE WHITE PAPER - National Quality Framework

Federal and State/Territory Housing Ministers have announced a series of national consultations as a first step towards developing a “National Quality Framework” (NQF). The NQF is intended to apply to existing specialist homelessness services (what was previously SAAP), as well as to ‘mainstream’ services.
