Ministry for homeless saved from Fresno camp cleanup

As the city of Fresno continued Tuesday tearing away at downtown homeless camps, one shining light got a reprieve. The Homeless Ministry run by Ray Polk can stay under the Monterey Street bridge at least a couple more months, thanks to an agreement between the city and Caltrans. Fresnobee, 1 November.
