housing tenants could be forced to pay for water. A Treasury bungle has
revealed the public landlord is lobbying the State Government to allow it to

tenants are sleeping on the floor. People in remote Aboriginal lands have
been moving into new homes built by the South Australian Government but the
accommodation is unfurnished. ABC News, 2 September. Disability housing project launched Disability Minister
Jennifer Rankine opened a $1.58m supported accommodation project in Mount

Strategy Vic Big jump in family violence reports Victoria Police's latest crime statistics have uncovered a disturbing
picture of domestic violence in the state, with family related crime soaring
in the past year. Acting Chief Commissioner Ken Lay has labelled it an
''insidious'' problem and said it would be a major focus for police in the
next year. The Age, 31 August. Poor healthcare in Victoria's jails a 'major threat' Victorian prisoners face ''grossly inadequate'' mental healthcare, and

is 2194, while the State's waiting list grew by 2.2 per cent in the three
months to June to 38,244. Since July 2008, Geelong's public housing waiting

for a major housing shortage as the number of new homes drops to global

Jennifer and John of Ohio have a transgender 10-year-old child, and they

percent of the median income in Tooele County outstripped the supply in 2010,
